POSITION SUMMARY

Provides a variety of basic patient care activities in caring for the personal needs of and comfort of patients. Cross trained staff may be required to work other nursing units as staffing and patient census indicates. Nursing assistants will complete the nursing assistant competencies developed for the nursing department and individual unit specific competencies.

Job Requirements

- Active/Unrestricted Nusing Assistant Certification in the State of Kentucky required
